Condition
Used, was originally framed and under glass, but over the years, the glass was removed.  Certificate has yellowed with age, and has a water stain.  Some photos show paper as "white' it is not.  It is the yellow you would expect for almost a century.  The name of the person and the date are still legible.   It is a "Student Certificate.."  It is still nice and flexible and will be sent in a tube, not flat.
